Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50 we charge a flat rate of £4 for standard delivery (3-5 days) and £6 for express delivery (2-3days). We try using as much recycled packaging as possible so don’t be alarmed if the box your order is sent in looks a bit scruffy. All orders are fully insured. Let us know of any problems. Tracking numbers should be automatically sent to you when booked in so please use an email and phone number that you use for the courier to contact you. 

It is your resposiblity to provide the correct delivery address! Any lost packages due to errors in the address will unfortunately be your own fault and refunds won't be made. We will help as much as we can to recover the package but it is  sadly almost impossible.
